The Foundation was formed in March 2022 and got approved as a 501(c)(3) Organization in April 2022. It filed its Annual NJ State Reports and Federal form 990-PF, for the period ended December 31, 2022. and for the year ended December 31, 2023. Copies of these reports and returns will be provided, at a reasonable fee, to anyone who requests them in person or in writing.
